This image of Kim Kardashian without makeup was taken while she was living the gym. As the picture shows, she kinda has a bad skin, with a lot of spots and very dark circles.
But don't cry her a river yet because she also has a very good makeup artist as we can see in the pic below, where her skin looks radiant and flawless thanks to the right distribution of (a lot of) concealer and foundation.
